Address validation, Zip+4, delivery point bc and Google maps

Hi,

As I start to run a test on ZoHo CRM I immediately noticed several missing functions from contacts that would be useful. Address validation with the US Postal service, Zip +4 lookup (delivery point bar code for address printing would also be nice) and google maps for location information and route planning. The only reason I still use MS WORD is it ability to print address with the delivery point bar code (Open Office has this but it never seems to work). Sending items with this bar code shaves a day or two off delivery. I know this doesn't help or European and Australian friends but perhaps they have a similar function for the EU and the Aussie post.
