admin account is inactive

admin account is inactive

i am not able to login into my admin email  which is admin@feelpankh.com / jaysarraf596@gmail.com
 It has been just lest than 4 weeks i have setup an acount with zoho and for no reason my account is shown inactive. I am able to login with the rest of the email within the organization but only the admin login is not able to be logged in.
