Admin and project memeberships (or how to get rid of notifications)

Hi,

I would need some help with how to get less email notifications. I'm a project manager and therefor I've been (together with all other project managers at my company) set to admin for the zoho project. This seems to mean that I'm a member of all projects I happen to look into. Why is this? I don't see the point in being member in all projects. I don't find a way to 'unmember' myself. As I now in this way am a member of many zoho projects I'm not actually a part of (IRL) I get very many forum posts by email that are not meant for me. However, I don't want to unsign from all forum posts as I need to get posted on what happens in the projects which I'm actually a part of.
So.. how do I, as an admin, unsign from a project? As it is now, it's hard for me to know if the forum post is actually meant for me or not... Also, it would  be good if it is clear when you look at the users list of a project, who are actually project members (IRL).
