We seem that you have disabled Pop-up notifications for Zoho mail in your browser and due to this reason, the re-authentication page is not popping up when you click on the CHANGE button. We recommend you to please enable the browser pop-up for Zoho application in your browser settings and try to check if the issue still persists. Else, you can also try to do this using another browser and notice that this is not an issue/bug in Zoho mail.
