Admin Privlidges Not \"ON\"

Admin Privlidges Not \"ON\"

I am the Admin, I cannot edit my profile or one of my users profiles. I am logged on under my (SYS AD) profile, I'm in the Admin settings, I am choosing to (edit) but I'm told I have not do not have the privlidges, contact the SYSADM, I am the SYS AD.
