Admin Reset - No Backup Email or Phone Number

Admin Reset - No Backup Email or Phone Number

My client lost the password to the admin email account . When I try to reset the password for admin@disfor.com.pe, i get promt to recover with mail and a phone number that a i dont currently have. (Since somebody else, created the account, i dont have this info) Can you send the password reset email to this email account? Curently, I am the current webmaster of www.disfor.com.pe
