Hi Connect team,
We're trying to measure engagement on Zoho Connect (specifically who is viewing posts) as part of an internal analytics exercise.
I've found that the per-post "Seen By" export (via exportStreamUniqueUsers.do) only works for posts I personally authored. When I try to pull the viewer list for a post authored by someone else, it fails - even though I'm logged in with an admin role. I don't hold Organization Super Admin, but I'm not sure if that is relevant here.
Questions:
VIEW_COUNT/UNIQUE_VIEW_COUNT figures in the Feeds analytics export (which don't identify who viewed what)? For context: we can already export reactions and comments with full user/department detail via the Feeds analytics export - it's specifically post views (as opposed to reactions/comments) where visibility seems capped to the post's own author.
Any guidance appreciated - happy to be told this is by design, just want to confirm before we build reporting around a workaround that doesn't exist.
Thanks,
