Admin unable to view "Seen By" / post viewer list for posts they didn't author

Hi Connect team,

We're trying to measure engagement on Zoho Connect (specifically who is viewing posts) as part of an internal analytics exercise.

I've found that the per-post "Seen By" export (via exportStreamUniqueUsers.do) only works for posts I personally authored. When I try to pull the viewer list for a post authored by someone else, it fails - even though I'm logged in with an admin role. I don't hold Organization Super Admin, but I'm not sure if that is relevant here.

Questions:

  1. Is this intentional — i.e. is post viewer data scoped strictly to the post's author, with no admin-level override available?
  2. If Super Admin is required, is there a setting within Super Admin specifically that exposes org-wide post view data, or is it genuinely inaccessible at any permission level for posts you didn't create?
  3. Is there any workaround — an Analytics export type, a report, or an API scope - that surfaces per-user post views across the whole portal for admins, separate from the aggregate VIEW_COUNT/UNIQUE_VIEW_COUNT figures in the Feeds analytics export (which don't identify who viewed what)?

For context: we can already export reactions and comments with full user/department detail via the Feeds analytics export - it's specifically post views (as opposed to reactions/comments) where visibility seems capped to the post's own author.

Any guidance appreciated - happy to be told this is by design, just want to confirm before we build reporting around a workaround that doesn't exist.

Thanks,

Ben
