Admin User Denied Access to Only Portions of a Project

I have an admin user who cannot access the documents portion of only one project. It is telling her that she is not authorized to access that section. She can also not upload any documents to tasks. It is really weird, because there are no issues with any other projects, just one. 

Thoughts on how we can troubleshoot?
