Admin user mail not getting configured in exchange on I pad

Hi,

I am having trouble configuring my admin user Mail on iPad exchange. I have tries this on other devices also but was not successful. Active sync is enabled still not getting configured however other mail users has no problem configuring.

Please help. My domain is silkflight.in & admin user mail is ops@silkflight.in
