Administration change

Hello,

I am the Administrator of the CRM but I need to swap with another user in the CRM.
This other user needs to have the same privileges as me now but within his own account because my account needs to be deleted afterwards. He is Administrator but he cannot delete my account. What is the right procedure so that we do not loose any information on his account and mine can be safely deleted?
