I set up a group of mail box, all of them work well but the administrator mail box.

I send a mail from other mail account to this administrator mail box but the inbox has nothing. 
I also try to send a mail from this administrator mail box, but the receiver got nothing either.

Please help me to check this issue, the administrator mail box is admin@transocks.com.
