Adobe Muse Contact Form Messages Not Accepted by Zoho Mail

Thank you for providing such a comprehensive and functional platform for email handling. Especially the free 25 addressess for smaller customers!

We have encountered an issue with Adobe Muse contact forms and having spent 45 minutes speaking to the Muse technical support they have concluded that the issue lies with Zoho Mail, Adobe things that Zoho is blocking Muse contact form submissions. They demonstrated it working fine on other platforms like gmail, outlook mail, roundcube. Any ideas what could be causing the issue?
