I will try to explain this as simple as possible.

first i'm a real estate agent and I will be using the Zoho CRM as a cold calling platform from my desktop and phone as well as a marketing platform.

I currently use Base CRM ( Base made simple)  which is awesome but limited.  Within their Android and IOS app though the app store they have this feature that has proven to be the biggest value to my business.

Their app allows for this thing called Call Overlay which takes the incoming phone number what searched that number within the CRM and shows that Lead/Contact/Deal info as the caller is calling allowing for me to know which lead it is and shows be an option to select that lead as "View Lead" so i can view their information within my crm as the phone call is received.

This helps when I have a database of 5000+ leads which i have called through say a few hundred throughout the day, cold calling these numbers ( some of these leads are raw and never have made contact with before as these number are from a third party source Landvoice.com). As these number return my phone call/voice messages, having imediate access the that leads/contacts information is absoululy nessasary for lead conversion.

If they call and I have no idea where the number came from and i'm not by my computer then I am stuck asking this random lead a mound of information while simultaneously searching the Zoho CRM Android app for the info, that if they dont get angry for me asking all this personal info such as property address, name, email, etc. This leaves me fighting to learn who is calling instead of going in for the sale pitch and helping the potential client out and or setting a listing appointment to view the property at hand.

Please do some research into Base CRM'S App to get a better idea of what im talking about. It would take your platform to the next level, i am 100% sure of it!
