I get this error when trying to connect to Manageengien / Zohorepports in the cloud

ERROR: Could not update configuration settings due to an exception while saving the Advanced Analytics configuration details.

Report the problem to the system administrator. The support file will get the error tracking to analyze the problem and can be created under Support -> Create Support File.

Any suggestions ?
