Advice for an IT consultancy firm considering CRM Plus

We are a small consultancy (7 people) that work with Microsoft technologies. We have many small projects running at any given time. Timesheets are very important to us as that is how we bill most clients. Our main requirements (in order of importance) are:

  1. Timesheets for projects and support requests
  2. Project planning - particularly looking at what resources are over/under used over the next 2 to 6 weeks
  3. Task management for projects, support requests and bugs
  4. Helpdesk for clients to log and track their support request
  5. CRM for tracking opportunities, ideally including resource planning with Projects
The CRM Plus service from Zoho looks compelling. Can anyone that works in a similar business provide feedback on their experience with using these products together?
