Advice Please
I had posted before - my first time - but my post never came up.
I have spent hours - days? - looking at database programs we might use for a web based real estate company. We need the ability to capture information that a new customer would input about their property - much like what an MLS listing would have - and to then return one or more properties that a customer would search for. Back office support for billing, etc., as well.
It seems that the Real Estate CRM programs I have investigated have far more that what we need - at this time, at least.
I have extensive computer and web design knowledge but virtually none on databases - I did explore Access many years ago. :( So, some questions -
1- Is Zoho as easy to use as it appears to be?
2- Where can I go to see a list of the "extra" charges for items over and above the standard monthly fees?
3- I am assuming that one just links out of our web site into Zoho and that applications, data, etc., are not stored on our server - correct?
