Hey everyone,
We are a small company with a tiny sales force and we have a subscription to the CRM. I have a basic question, hoping for some advice.
In order to get things moving I want to be able to have my salesman do this and and then I want to be able to track it.
So may salesman walks into to either an established or new account. Has a conversation about a new product - customer wants a quote, you get the drift.
Where is the best place for him to store that basic info along with the notes so he can go back and pull it up and then have a follow-up process.
The second part is what report that I can run on a daily basis that shows me what he's up too?
I'm sure this seems like a dumb question but I'm just trying to make it simple for them and me starting out.
