After Linking my Office 365 email, ALL my emails come in as Unread

So I have linked my Office 365 email using POP3 connection, it's taken some time and my emails are all STILL linking after about 10 hours.

HOWEVER, they are ALL coming in as UNREAD. I started today off with 10k+ emails unread. Please tell me there is a way to make all my older emails as read or some other way than picking 300 emails at a time to mark them unread?!

We're talking about a lot of wasted time if I have to sit here and pick 300 click 'mark as read' then wait, do it again, wait, rinse, repeat.

If there's no way around it, I might as well delete my Zoho Mail information and stay with Office/Outlook because it's a waste of my time to go through this process. Please tell me there's a better way.
