We are converting to Zoho Desk and am curious if there is a feature that we have in our existing ticketing platform. In our current system, we are able to see which agents have viewed a ticket.  It includes their first read and last read of the ticket.

Is there something similar in Zoho Desk?

I wish I had better news. We don’t have Agent visibility functionality, but Automatic Time Tracking does log all ticket updates made by any agent in a ticket—just not when they’re only viewing it. That said, we do found this feature intriguing and will be bringing it to our Product team’s table for discussion.
