Hello all,
Your agents do useful work. They find things like important leads, deals, and updates for you. But until now, you could not see any of this on your Home page. To check what an agent had found, you had to open the agent on its own, away from the Home page where you track your tasks, deals, and pipeline each day. So it was easy to miss what your agents found.
Now, You can place the agents you rely on, directly onto your Home page. Their insights show up right next to everything else you track. You see what your agents find as part of your normal workflow, and you can act on it faster.
How to add agents to your Home page
When you customize your Home page, you will find a new Agents section listed alongside Dashboards, Custom Views, Reports, and the other components. Every agent configured in your CRM account shows up here.
Drag-and-drop an agent onto your homepage to add it. You can add more than one, so if you depend on a few different agents day to day, you can line them up together and see them at a glance.
Once an agent is on the page, its component appears with the agent's name and a Get Agent Insights button. Click it to have the agent run and show you its current insights. When you are happy with what you see, save your Home page. The agent stays there with its insights, ready for you each time you return, and you can refresh it for the latest data whenever you need.

Note:
- Each time you click Get Agent Insights or refresh, the agent runs and uses your agent credits. Adding an agent to your Home page, or simply opening your Home page, does not use any credits on its own.
- Agents that require field mapping at trigger time won't appear in the Agents section in the homepage.
