Hearing news of both SalesForce & Microsoft rolling out AI-powered features to their CRM offerings, I was wondering if Zoho had something of their own in their pipeline.
Some of the most obvious items that AI could help with is 'lead scoring' & 'sales forecasting' based on stage probability.
