I recently came across a setup built using Chatwoot + Gemini API where, when a customer sends a product enquiry on WhatsApp, the AI automatically:
• Understands the query and product context
• Replies in the customer's language (multilingual support)
• Sends both text and voice responses
• Includes relevant product images and information
• Maintains conversation context across messages
I'm curious whether a similar system can be built using Zoho SalesIQ Zobot, webhooks and APIs.
Has anyone implemented something like this with SalesIQ? How effective is SalesIQ for handling such AI-powered conversations ? Are there any limitations around voice replies, media sending, multilingual conversations, or maintaining context?
