Alert emails from Zoho CRM to Zoho users is not working

Hi guys,

For some strange reason, no alert emails defined in the workflow sent from our ZohoCRM to our Zoho users is being received. This is happening only to emails sent to our specific domain addresses @grupoabstract.com.

When we add personal Hotmail or Gmail email addresses to the alerts, these arrive ok, it is only happening with the domain address @grupoabstract.com. It is not a problem of the rule.

I tried turning off our servers Firewall and IP Blocking, but the problem persists. It appears to be an outgoing IP blocking of ZOHO CRM to grupoabstract.com

Please help.
