Popup Notifications / Alert for new notes added in leads / Contacts / Proposals / Products / Cases - WORKAROUND
I have been using zoho crm for some time now and one thing that bugs me is that my sales team don't know iv added note to a lead, customer or proposal. I have thought about the best way to implement this, i think the best way would be have a notification sent to the Lead, contact or proposal owner or being able to select sent notification to "selected Users" when adding notes. What does every one else think or this idea?
