I am trying to set up access via Outlook on MAP so I can view my emails and I have tried using POP and IMAP and I get the same error each time.
The details log in fine on the Zoho website but I am unable to access emails via Outlook or via Mail client on MAC. I have searched the forum for this alert message and am yet to find a solution. I sent an email to Zoho yesterday and still no response.
Can anyone lead me to an answer or help.
I am using IMAP -
- Incoming mail server for organization accounts - imappro.zoho.com
- smtp.zoho.com
