alerts and task update ???
I started using it but Got a question is there a way that zoho can trigger an alert when the event is due ? like some kind of buzz or pop screen letting you know about it . 2nd lets say you have a lead that you are working on and you enter a event lets say CALL then after you call him next step would be a Meeting, How would you update that event from a call that now becomes a meeting for a demo on another day .
