Alerts coming late

Good Morning,

I set an event for one of my contacts. Within the event I requested a 'pop up' notification to alert me of the event an hour before it was to start. The 'pop up' did not occur. I had Zoho CRM open on my desk top at the time.

Today, six days later and at the wrong time, the pop up occurred.

It would be nice to be able to trust that the pop up notifications will take place when they are needed. What can we do to fix this?
