Its great we can tag users in notes as this is a great way to alert staff to recent changed data. However the current offering has one flaw. Currently there is no way to confirm you have read or actioned a latest alert, it also stays there even when its not important any more. 

I would like to see zoho add the function to be able to remove alert from the notification area (think android notification area - Lollipop/Kitkat) It would be great if we could clear a notification once read of actioned, I'm thinking something like a cross on the card to remove alert, these alerts would all still be visible in the feeds section of the CRM.

One final thing, if we click on the alert bell but have to take a call (no action or confirmed read) then still show an alert as this still needs attention.

Any thoughts??  

Edit** i would also i like the option to be able to use this alert area for custom alerts/notifications setup from workflow automations.
