Alerts on Zoho

Is it possible to trigger email alerts from Zoho to employees who do not have access to the CRM? If yes, is it possible to automate this alert.

For eg: for all possible updates to Account A, I would like Employees 3 and 5 to get updates and similarly, for Account C, I would like Employees 4 and 6 yo get updates.
