All data disappearance?
I have a problem. A BIG problem.
My company has an account on Zoho with CRM app and a giant database in it.
Today our administrator created a second account on Zoho.
Administrator didn't have any knowledge about first account.
So he added email-login of the first account as usual user email to the second one.
After getting several errors in Zoho admin panel he removed this email from the second account.
THIS ACTION FULLY DELETED FIRST ACCOUNT!
With CRM and all associated info.
We've trying to contact Zoho support on this but so far without any luck.
Any ideas?
