All data gone

I hadn't logged into Zoho for a long while. Now I did, and all the data we had entered (Contacts, Companies, Leads) is gone. It looks like I never used Zoho before - everything is empty.

I looked for any emails from Zoho warning me of changes in my subscription, but couldn't find anything. We have an account with three users.

Has our account been cancelled without warning?
