All Email Alert Workflows Stopped Working
We have multiple workflows that generate email alerts. First they never would trigger an email alert on weekends???? (Zoho has not resolved). Now for no apparent reason all email alerts have stopped firing? Any ideas what would change that could cause either of these issues?
Unfortunately we are likely going to cancel the subscription because it was purchased to automate lead processes primarily.
