We are trying to use the email tab to see all the email interactions with the same account. We want to use this feature because we want to share all the email interactions among different Zoho admins (IMAP shared user), then there would be less confusing and time-saving. Theoretically, the Email tab should show the total amount of all the email interactions between all the shared Zoho admins and that account, including the records from all the shared admins and the detailed emails from different contacts.
However, this feature is not working. The ALL email filter doesn't even show all the emails from a single shared admin.
My case is that if I choose the filter of a specific contact (
as shown in screenshot 2), Emails tab shows me all the emails sent and received by that admin, which contains 10+ emails.
However, if I use ALL filter to check all the emails, it only shows some of the emails from that 10+emails, which only add up to 5 emails (
as shown in screenshot 1). (In this contact specifically, only one admin emailed with that contact/customer, so this means that ALL filter can't even display all the emails from one Zoho admin)
Can we get this fixed? The number count on the RELATED LIST is now misleading, and ALL filter for emails is not good because we can't see the email interactions chronologically (which is critical in checking all the email interactions with the same contact).
