ALL EMAILS DOWN (WHAT ARE RESELLERS SUPPOSED TO DO?)
I have been getting calls from my clients about email services being down. Unable to send or receive is the issue they all are calling in with. As a reseller of your services, what am I supposed to say to them why their email service is down? I may not have any clients after this. Can you tell me what is going on so I can pass that information no to them? Do you have a timeframe as to when this is expected to be resolved? Please respond asap because as I said before I may not have any clients after this.
