Hello friends! I have and issue that all new emails in Inbox are been marked automatically as read. Plase how can I fix this??

Hello, 

Could you please let us know the below details :

1. Have you configured this Zoho email account in any other client.

2. Please check if you have configured any Filters in your email account.

Drop us an email to support@zohomail.com with the above informations.

We use Zoho Recruit and Office 365 exchange. Zoho is marking all emails as read - its very frustrating.

How do we stop this?

Can you share us a few example emails that are automatically opened when fetched into Zoho Mail, Please drop an email to support@zohorecruit.com we will have this checked from our end.
