All my potentials from previous months are gone, what happened?

All my potentials from previous months are gone, what happened?

Hello, my boss just brought it to my attention that all my potentials that I added into Zoho have disappeared. i dont understand why, does it have something to do with the closing date? Do they automatically disappear at some point?

Please help!
