I deleted a custom field in Leads and Potentials (which was never used in the first place). I got the warning message saying that any data in that field will be erased if I remove the field, which was fine (because there was no data in it in the first place) so I proceeded to delete them.

Now, when I look at my Potentials and leads, all of the notes pertaining to each of my potentials are gone! 

Can you please help? What happened?
