All Possible Reasons for Zoho Email Account getting blocked

Hi,

I am new to Zoho and wanted to know the policies in advance. Some Questions are:

a. How many emails can I send per day/per min/per hour to avoid getting blocked?
b. How email bounces will be tolerated in a day, so that my account doesn't get blocked?
c. If some email recipient marks my email as SPAM (even though it is compliant with CAN SPAM ACT), will my account be blocked? If Yes, how many people marking my email as SPAM will prompt Zoho to block my Account?
d. How many bounces will lead to my account getting blocked?

e. I host my website on another hosting company - Ipage. If one of the email recipient submits my email to 'the Spamhaus Project' and marks it as SPAM, will both my website(hosted by Ipage) and email account(hosted by Zoho) be suspended or only my email account?

I am asking all this because I want to avoid a situation where my account, all of a sudden gets blocked for reasons unknown to me as I already have had a bad experience previously with no fault of mine.
