ALL Users of Mail are set at "Complete Sharing", some users emails are visible, some users emails are not available.

Hi,
All users of Zoho Mail are set to  Account Type:  Complete Sharing  however two of our users emails do not show up  in the list of sent or received .

I have checked all the setting in Zoho Mail, all users are set to Complete Sharing.

Any idea why two of our users emails would not show up in the list of emails under Accounts or Leads?
