All users on account has POP timeout error 0x8004210A
We have 20+ users on one domain who are all experiencing either the 'your account is locked' or "The operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server 0x8004210a." error messages so cannot receive emails.
Can you please advise when this will be fixed as your service status site seems to think everything is ok.
