All Users to get an email notification when something changes in Zoho
We currently have 3 people in our sales team and we would like to be able to get an automatic email notification when anything changes in the system e.g new event, new email, new telephone call, any potential change, e.t.c
We would also like if possible this email to be exact e.g the following email was added to xx potential and the follow with the email.
Is this possible? This is a necessity for us since all 3 sales persons works on all the potential and we would like them to be on the same page when something happenes. Spending 2 hours every morning going through the 40-50 open potentials to see if there is any change is not a good method and we think email notifications can solve this.
