I have assigned a number of leads to a telemarketing campaign. The only way I can have my telesales person see the leads is for me to make the the Lead Owner. Unfortunately however, the Real lead owner then no longer has visibility.

Is there some way I can retain the original lead owner whilst at the same time assign the lead to the telesales person who is running the campaign?
