Allow accepting or declining of Estimate/Quote.

It would be nice to have the ability to mark an Estimate as "Accepted" or "Declined" that way I can easily sort through the ones that need an invoice created and which ones I have to follow up on.

Would be even cooler if the customer had the ability to "Accept", "Decline", or "Request Revision" of the Estimate.

The option to mark the Estimate as 'Accepted' or 'Declined' is supported within the Zoho Finance module in Zoho CRM.
