Allow Emails to Generate from within CRM from the TASK alert.

I created a task alert to notify  that a email needs to be sent to a Lead.

That email address shows up in the Task alert fine, but it only allows me to click the email, thus sending me to my email client, and not creating an Email within CRM, so it can be recorded.

In order for me to record the email, I have to click the contact to get out of Tasks, then click Email on the Leads contact, and then click Activites > Tasks, to go back to my tasks to do the whole thing over again with another Lead.

If I have 50 Leads that are being triggered at a time , this workflow will drive me crazy and waste time. 

If I can't set a workflow to send a Lead an email automatically, then I should be able to within the Task notice, send an email template to a Lead, without having to leave the Task window.


That's just common sense.   Please create this ability.

I know Zoho is inexpensive, but if it advertises Workflow capablity, then it should at least have it, otherwise charge more for workflow that actually works and is helpful.  I'd be happy to pay extra for something that works and is robust.
