The default sort order is not helpful.  If there is a workaround, it's far to cumbersome to be used on a routine basis.

I'd like to see a simple drop down list for LEADS, ACCOUNTS, CONTACT and POTENTIALS that allows for changing the default sort order to NAME ascending or descending.

Even when reducing the list by selecting letters A-Z at the bottom of the screen, the sort order is still date driven.
