If you try and schedule a Buffer Time that's longer than the service Duration, Zoho will return the error message:
- Woah, that's a long break! Your break time can't be longer than service duration.
This is a weird and arbitrary restriction. We have a short service type of 15 minutes, but we only want a staff to take a max of one per hour. Because Zoho won't let us set the buffer longer than 15 minutes, we cannot do this and the system lets people schedule them every 30 minutes. This doesn't give our staff enough time to prepare or do the rest of their job.
Can you please let us set the buffer time as long as we want it to be?
