Allow Sales IQ Email Chat Transcripts To Be White Labelled / Customised

ISSUE:
- If you are using Zohbot and have various Q and A type of flows > mapping to fields in leads/CRM via API > when Zohbot flow finishes > SalesIQ sends an email as "SALES IQ CHAT TRANSCRIPT"

REQUIREMENT:
Allow us to customise this by means of following

a) Allow us to choose our own email template with merge code from the lead the sales IQ creates
b) Allow us to put our own logos/branding on this transcript

The transcript auto fires immediately when chat ends, in the context of Zohbot this is not ideal as we may want to delay this and customise this template

What compounds this further is that we cannot use automation/workflows on leads created from sales IQ either as if we could, we would handle another email with merge code info to the contact that finished chat!
