I want to add a new user but I don't want to give them access to all of my leads, contacts etc

i have segmented my leads into certain groups e.g. type a, type b etc and i want this new user to only be able to see the leads that are type a.

Is there a way of doing this? Or is the only way of doing it to export all type a leads to a new Zoho account?
