I have Portals set up and want to run between different companies. However, I have noticed that different portal users cannot add the same contact details. I need the portal users to be able to add the same contact if needed without each other knowing they have the same Contact in their system.

Can this be done? I thought I saw an 'allow duplicate contacts' action somewhere.
