I have a ZOHO Creator form we've used in the past for data collection, where we had collected email addresses for each entrant (parent email 1, parent email 2, billing email, etc).

 

Now that we are preparing for a new school year, we need to reregister folks; new folks are easy, they'll just enter data in the current form. For returning folks, though, ideally we would like to give them access solely to their own record so they may review/update information.

 

Is that feasible? Since the target users do not have zoho accounts or any other method of authenticating, the only moderately secure way I can think of this working is if we sent a custom URL link for each record to the email address(es) in the record - is that do-able in Zoho Creator?
